Design and Human Environment Advisory Board

The Design and Human Environment Advisory Board is composed of individuals representative of businesses directly related to departmental programs and the student presidents of the OSU student chapters of Fashion Group International, American Society of Interior Designers, Student Association of Home Builders and the National Kitchen and Bath Association. The Advisory Board meets on campus at least once a year. The Board provides invaluable assistance to the Department of Design and Human Environment in a number of ways such as facilitating shadowing experiences for students, arranging internships, participating on search committees, reviewing curriculum, and sponsoring an annual career symposium. The quality of Design and Human Environment programs is owing in no small measure to the commitment and generosity of these dedicated individuals.
