Research Interests
Characterization of fiber microstructures and their relationship to fiber physical, chemical, and mechanical properties, study of fiber degradation mechanisms, identification of textile materials for special applications and new materials for textile applications.
Personal Interests
Naturally colored cotton fiber, chemistry and microstructures of natural pigment, environmentally friendly techniques for cotton textiles disinfestation.
