2000 Healthy Start Cost Benefit
This cost benefit analysis examines the relevant monetary benefits
and costs of the Oregon Healthy Start system of supports for higher
risk,
first time families. Anticipated benefits from participation in two-years
of Oregon Healthy Start (OHS) home visitation were compared to the
costs of two years of program delivery.

of the Healthy Start framework and strategies they have found successful.
County sites include: Clackamas, Clatsop, Deschutes, Harney, Hood
River, Jackson, Josephine, Lane, Linn, Marion/Polk (combined), Tillamook,
Union,
Wasco/Sherman (combined), and Washington.
