Pathways to Excellence Leadership Retreats

Pathways Pictures

Pathways to Excellence begins by strengthening personal and interpersonal leadership qualities and skills, progresses to build skills for leading high performing teams and relationship-based organizations and advance systems change, and then to foster skills required to mentor others, advocate for change, sustain organizations, and lead collaborative community, state, and national initiatives.

Pathway retreats are held at the Silver Falls Conference Center (SFCC) in the beautiful Silver Falls State Park in the Cascade foothills near Sublimity, Oregon. Participants share rooms in a six-room lodge with two bathrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. Lodging and three bountiful healthy meals are provided daily at no cost to participants. For more information about SFCC, please see http://www.silverfallsconference.com/.

Pathway retreats begin at 12 Noon on the first day and end at 3 PM on the last day. Retreats include brief lectures, reflection, journaling, dialogue, discussions, individual and team applications and presentations, simulations, resource sharing, networking, mentoring, and leader-directed fun activities including our traditional Silver Falls hike. Individuals selected to participate must agree to attend a site visit orientation and all three 4-day Pathway retreats and complete activities throughout the year’s commitment in order to achieve the following outcomes.
