Undergraduate Programs in Public Health
Two undergraduate programs are available to meet student interest and need. Students who major in other fields may chose a minor in community health.
Internships
All undergraduate students participate in an intensive internship and/or practicum program toward the completion of their academic course work. These opportunities provide students with invaluable work experience in their field of study and often lead to post-graduation employment.
Advising
The Office of Academic Advising and Student Services is a primary source of information for all College of Health and Human Sciences students. Students receive accurate, thorough, and timely information regarding their academic progress, job opportunities, and campus activities. Faculty members also have a vital role in undergraduate advising by providing professional and career advice. Undergraduate students in Public Health prepare for a variety of careers, including:
