Erin Boshuizen assisted Dr. Jeff Widrick as an Apprentice with his “Recovery of Muscle following Disuse Atrophy” research in the Department of Nutrition and Exercise Sciences.

Victoria Martin worked with Dr. Emily Ho in the Department of Nutrition and Exercise Sciences as a Researcher studying “Dietary HDAC Inhibitors in Prostate Cancer Prevention”

Veronica McShane served Drs. Marie Harvey and Ann Zukowski from the Department of Public Health as a Researcher in their OSU Latino Health Project.
